Game settings, your chosen player name, and unsent feature-request drafts stay on your device. The game has no advertising or analytics SDKs, tracking, account registration, or developer-operated gameplay server.

Nearby multiplayer shares your chosen player name, temporary session identifiers, and game state with phones in your room through Apple’s encrypted local-network connection. The game does not read contacts or collect phone numbers. You choose recipients and send any invitations yourself.

Apple processes subscriptions and payment information. The game uses Apple-verified purchase status to unlock subscription features. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple handles purchase data under its privacy policy. Canceling a subscription is separate from deleting the app.

If you choose to email an idea, your email app sends your message and email address to dc@danielcywinski.com. Nothing is emailed automatically. Your email provider handles delivery under its own policies. Contact that address with privacy questions or to request deletion of an email you sent.

Deleting the app removes local settings and drafts. Apple may handle platform diagnostics according to your device settings and Apple’s privacy policy.
